Built in the 1920s, this traditional Colonial Revival house was in great shape, but need a few modern updates.  The upper floor consisted of 4 bedrooms, and one small hall bathroom with a tub, no shower.  By taking over the smallest bedroom, we were able to create an additional bathroom and give the primary bedroom a proper en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have all new tile, vanities, lighting, and very importantly, showers. Modern amenities, same classic charm.
